If the power transformer has no output, replace the transformer or rewind the transformer. If the voltage stabilizing circuit of the electronic testing machine is abnormal, check the corresponding bridge diode, filter capacitor and corresponding connecting line. Replace the damaged ones, and reweld the damaged ones. Check that the digital circuit voltage is +5V.
